YA!
If you follow my blog (does anyone?) you know of my LOVE for Speakerboxxx/ The Love Below, the best album I've heard in a long time. I guess the Grammy nominations and the fact Hey Ya! is #1 on BILLBOARD validates my adoration - Thank God! Even the video for 'Hey Ya' was nominated...
You think you've got it
Oh, you think you've got it
But got it just don't get it
Til theres's nothing at all (Ah!)
We get together
Oh, we get together
But separate's always better
When there's feelings involved (Oh!)
If what they say is 'nothing is forever,'
Then what makes (What makes? What makes?)
Love the exception?

So why oh, why oh
Why oh, why oh, why oh
Are we so in denial
When we know we're not happy here?

milky
Also, Tasty got a nice mention at the Times (AND a grammy nomination):
"For her current hit "Milkshake", the R & B singer Kelis got a devastating synthesizer track from the Neptunes and added some simple rhymes: "My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard/ And they're like, It's better than yours." (If you're puzzled by the innuendo, the frothy video should help you figure it out.) Throughout her appealing new album, "Tasty" (Arista), she flattens the tunes while emphasizing the beats — whether she's sighing or whispering or rapping or chanting, her voice makes a great rhythm instrument."
