"OutKast doesn't budge from the top of Billboard's Hot 100, but the rap duo from Atlanta also moves up from 3-2. With "Hey Ya!" (Arista) in pole position for the second week, and "The Way You Move" sliding into second, this is the third time in Hot 100 history that the same duo or group is occupying the top two slots." note from editor-at-large mr. jj: this chart 'record' comes with a LOT of provisos....
in the past, a double-sided single was usually listed 'side a / side b' ,
in the same chart position (unless the second side became a hit much later than the A side did).

i'm also pretty sure he's missing Donna Summer from his list
of acts that have succeeded themselves at number one. i *think*
she did it with 'Hot Stuff' and 'Bad Girls'.
