Back from Rio.

Celebrating Jimmy's 40th birthday at Porcão.

Well, it took me a little longer than expected to leave Rio.

Carnaval was fun, perfect weather, good friends. I spent every day at the beach - I mean the whole day. We would stay until the night lights were turned on - and the place would still be crowded. Went to a couple of parties but mostly it was just 'laissez-faire'.

Spending quality time with friends from the U.S. - and having to answer to 'when are you going back?' more often than I care to - makes it very hard for me to justify delaying the inevitable.
